OUR STORY

Learning Dynamics began in 1984 in the home of our founders, John and Cheryl. What started as a small, home-based preschool quickly grew. Within a year, we expanded to our first building, and today we’re proud to serve families at five locations in Utah.

From the beginning, our mission has stayed the same: to create a warm, personal, and effective learning experience for every child. Cheryl, alongside a team of passionate educators, developed a well-rounded curriculum that teaches important academic skills like reading, writing, and math, while also nurturing creativity, building confidence, and supporting social and emotional growth.

Along the way, we created and published our own phonics-based reading program, which has since gained national recognition. It remains a core part of our curriculum and helps thousands of preschoolers learn to read every year.
